In 2003, Kasey met her husband Clark and settled in Texas. They have two wonderful children, Audrey and Asa. After buying a local preschool with her childhood best friend, Clare France, seven years ago, Kasey and her family moved to Cedar Park. Previously, she taught special education in residential treatment centers. Kasey’s small business success is due in no small part to her great staff and the trust they have built with the families they serve.
Kasey wants to bring that same success and sense of trust to the Williamson County Commissioners Court. She knows that developing strong relationships not only with precinct residents, but also with county department heads and employees, will bring needed change to Precinct 2. Kasey believes that listening attentively instead of automatically coming from a position of “no,” is a vital leadership principle. This positive attitude, with her experience in management, budgeting and creating jobs, provides an excellent foundation for public service.
